Exchanges / Returns Policy
*In the event a return or exchange is needed, please call (877) 628-6043 or email returns@footrx.com to receive return authorization. An RA number will be provided and needs to be placed on outside of packaging. A refund will only be given if shoes are 100% new and unused, and are in original, undamaged packaging with all labels/tags intact. If packaging has been taped, altered, or otherwise damaged, there will be a $10 restocking fee charged. Postage is not refundable. If no shipping was charged on order, and shoes are returned, a $7 shipping fee will be applied. A used item can only be returned for an exchange/refund within 30 days if there is a visible manufacturer’s defect. Any items sent back without authorization will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
